Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION g95-06-114~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-17 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER <br />AND WATER AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROPOSED PLAT OF <br />RIVER'S BEND 4TH ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 9, <br />1995 a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Improvement Project g95-17 (Extension of Sanitary Sewer and Water to the Proposed Plat of <br />River's Bend 4th Addition); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on June 13, 1995 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment <br /> <br />$191,685 <br />$167,882 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sewer, water and streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the <br />Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $191,685. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 1 lth day of <br />July, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Couneilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br /> <br /> <br />
