Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g95-06-114~ RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-17 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROPOSED PLAT OF RIVER'S BEND 4TH ADDITION) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 9, 1995 a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project g95-17 (Extension of Sanitary Sewer and Water to the Proposed Plat of River's Bend 4th Addition); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on June 13, 1995 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment $191,685 $167,882 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sewer, water and streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $191,685. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 1 lth day of July, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Couneilmember Beahen Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Mayor Hardin
