Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-06-119 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT //95-18 (MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER AND WATER EXTENSION TO THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF RIVER/47 PLAZA ADDITION) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution g05-05-104 of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 23, 1995, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project ~)5-18 (Municipal sanitary sewer and water extension to the proposed subdivision of River/47 Plaza Addition); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on June 13, 1995 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) Estimated annual assessment per unit 5-year term $84,136 $91,459 $24,746 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sewer and water in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $84,136. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 1 lth day of July, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Zimmerman Couneilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
