Councilmcmber Bcahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-06-120 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PLATS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is the owner of certain lands in Anoka County, <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS from time to time, the City Council may approve final platting of these <br />lands; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka County Registrar of Titles requires a Resolution of the Ramsey <br />City Council approving the execution of these plats by the Mayor and City Administrator. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />execute plats on behalf of the City of Ramsey and the execution of said plat by the Mayor <br />and City Administrator is hereby ratified and cont"med. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Coundlmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Couneilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> <br />the 13th day of June, 1995. <br /> <br />strator <br /> <br /> <br />
