Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-06-128 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-17 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER TO THE PROPOSED RIVER'S BEND 4TH ADDITION) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the June 13, 1995, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement extension and construction of Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer and Streets to Rivers Bend 4th Addition (Project g95-17); and WHEREAS, the City has received a petition containing the signatures of 100 percent of the benefitted property owners; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the June 27, 1995 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted June 27, 1995. 2) That Steve Jankowski, City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall have Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
