Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-06-130 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH SQUARE 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, Jack Menkveld, President of North Suburban Development, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey. Outlot A, Sunfish Square, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, On June 1, 1993,the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan for Sunfish Square with modifications; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on June 10, 1993, and recommended acceptance of land and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and WHEREAS, on October 5, 1993, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding Sunfish Square and recommended preliminary plat approval of same; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on April 12, 1994 and approved the preliminary plat for Sunfish Square; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on June 14, 1994 and granted final plat approval tot he first addition of Sunfish Square; and WHEREAS, on June 21, 1995, the Developer filed for final plat approval of Sunfish Square 2nd Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as. follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Sunfish Square 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Hardin Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
