Councilmember Peterson introduce the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-06-131 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVER/47 PLAZA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rum River Properties, hereinafter referred to as "Developer" has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of Government Lot 6, Section 36, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />westerly of the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 according to the duly <br />recorded plats of OXBOW ADDITION, RIVER'S BEND PLAZA and RIVER'S <br />BEND PLAZA 3RD ADDITION; and lying north of the Northerly line of the right- <br />of-way of County Road No. 116 as now shown on the duly recorded plat of <br />ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO. 36. The West line <br />of said Government Lot 6 is as now shown on the duly recorded plats of said <br />OXBOW ADDITION and of MINERAL POND, and the Southwest corner of said <br />Government Lot 6 is also on the westerly extension of the monumented North line <br />of the duly recorded plat of BROM ADDITION, said comer and line also being <br />marked by Judicial Landmarks set pursuant to Torens Case No. T-2299. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on May 11, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />the Developer, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on June 6, 1995, and approved the <br />sketch plan of River/47 Plaza and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on June 8, 1995, and <br />recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to River/47 Plaza in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the City Staff <br />Review Letter dated June 21, 1995 and resolution of the access onto T.H. #47 with Anoka <br />County Highway Department and Mn/DOT. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
