Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-06-138 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-15 (THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER <br />AND STREETS TO FOX KNOLL ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the May 23, 1995, fixed a date for <br />a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the Construction of Sanitary Sewer, <br />Watermain, Storm Sewer and Streets to Fox Knoll Addition (Project g95-15); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the petition received by the City contained 100 percent of the benefitted <br />property owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the heating was <br />given, and the hearing was held on June 13, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given such opportunity. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted <br />May 23, 1995. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. He shall prepare or have prepared the plans and specifications for the <br />making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beahen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27th day of June, 1995. <br /> <br /> TT T' <br /> <br />C~'it~ A;:lministratOr <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
