Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-06-138 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-15 (THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREETS TO FOX KNOLL ADDITION) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the May 23, 1995, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the Construction of Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer and Streets to Fox Knoll Addition (Project g95-15); and WHEREAS, the petition received by the City contained 100 percent of the benefitted property owners; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the heating was given, and the hearing was held on June 13, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given such opportunity. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted May 23, 1995. 2) That Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare or have prepared the plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beahen and the following voted against the same: Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of June, 1995.
