Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-07-146 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVERVIEW BOWL WHEREAS, Superbowl, Inc. hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 2,6 and 7, Block 4 Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota WHEREAS, on May 16, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from Superbowl, Inc. for Riverview Bowl. WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on June 8, 1995, and approved the sketch plan of Riverview Bowl and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on June 8, 1995 and determined that park dedication shall be satisfied with cash contribution for each of the two new residential lots created, with a pro rata credit for previous park dedication payments for the plat of Riverside West. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Riverview Bowl in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a development agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted b,y_th~ Ramsey City Council this the 1 lth day of July, 1995. ~-~~~~~_~ Mayor L'~ Aa~inis~tor ~
