Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-07-156 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT # 95-19 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND <br />WATER TO THE DEAL INDUSTRIAL PARK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 23, <br />1995, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Improvement Project #95-19 (extension of sanitary sewer and water to the Deal Industrial Park); <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on July 25, 1995 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br />5-year term <br /> <br />$213,497.25 <br /> <br />$178,925.46 <br /> <br />$48,411.74 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey <br />City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $213,497.25. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of <br />August, 1995, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
