Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-07-159 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-15 (CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER, <br />WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREETS TO SERVICE FOX KNOLL) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #95-06-139 authorized the preparation of plans and <br />specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, storm sewer and streets to service Fox Knoll, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law on July 21, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following quotes were received: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br />H & M Asphalt <br />Barbarossa & Sons <br />Nodland Construction <br />Northdale Construction <br />Dresel Contracting <br />S.
