Councilmember Bcahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-08-174 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION TO CHESTNUT RIDGE 2ND <br />ADDITION PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 22, 1994, Good Value Homes was granted preliminary plat <br />approval of Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 9.50.04 (Final Plat) of the Ramsey City Code states that the <br />subdivider has one year from the date of preliminary plat approval to file for final plat approval; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a written request from Good Value Homes <br />dated August 7, 1995, requesting an extension to the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a six month extension to February 22, 1996, <br />for Good Value Homes to file for final plat approval of Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition based <br />on the approved preliminary plat. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd day of August, 1995. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
