Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-08-183 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO CITY OF RAMSEY <br />EASEMENT PLAT NO. 1 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 14, 1995, the Ramsey City Council ordered a feasibility study <br />to determine the cost and feasibility for improving the drainage in Section 22 with in the Rum River <br />Drainage District under Minnesota State Statutes Chapter 444; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the feasibility study for City Project #95-12, prepared by the City <br />Engineer, identified several elements necessary to improve the drainage in Section 22 which would <br />require acquisition of drainage easements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 14, 1995, the Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing <br />and ordered Project ~95-12 which included the platting of the necessary drainage easements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants trmal plat approval to City of Ramsey <br />Easement Plat No. 1 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the Mayor and the City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />plat on behalf of the City of Ramsey and the execution of said plat by the Mayor and City <br />Administrator is hereby ratified and confn'med. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 12th day of September, 1995. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
