Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-08-183 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO CITY OF RAMSEY EASEMENT PLAT NO. 1 WHEREAS, on February 14, 1995, the Ramsey City Council ordered a feasibility study to determine the cost and feasibility for improving the drainage in Section 22 with in the Rum River Drainage District under Minnesota State Statutes Chapter 444; and WHEREAS, the feasibility study for City Project #95-12, prepared by the City Engineer, identified several elements necessary to improve the drainage in Section 22 which would require acquisition of drainage easements; and WHEREAS, on March 14, 1995, the Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing and ordered Project ~95-12 which included the platting of the necessary drainage easements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants trmal plat approval to City of Ramsey Easement Plat No. 1 2) That the Mayor and the City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute the plat on behalf of the City of Ramsey and the execution of said plat by the Mayor and City Administrator is hereby ratified and confn'med. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of September, 1995.
