Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #95-09-233 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO H & M ASPHALT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 095-15 (CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER, <br />WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREETS TO SERVICE FOX KNOLL) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 27, <br /> 1995; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid <br /> to H & M Asphalt. for the construction of sanitary sewer and watermain, storm sewer and streets to <br /> service Fox Knoll (Improvement Project #95-15); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected and recommends partial <br />payment to H & M Asphalt in the mount of $64,436.12. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to H & M Asphalt for the <br /> construction of sanitary sewer and watermain, storm sewer and streets to service Fox Knoll <br /> (Improvement Project g95-15) in the amount of $64,436.12. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br /> Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills <br /> for the month of September, 1995. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Hardin <br /> Councilmember Peterson <br /> Coundlmember Beahen <br /> Councilmember Beyer <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
