Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-10-243 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BONINE EXCAVATING FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-17 (SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREET CONSTRUCTION FOR THE RIVERS BEND 4TH ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #95-06-128 approving this project on June 27, 1995; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a.resolution awarding the bid to Bonine Excavating for the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street construction of Rivers Bend 4th Addition (Improvement Project g95-17); and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected and recommends partial payment to Bonine Excavating in the amount of $114,767.80. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bonine Excavating for the sanitary sewer, watermaln, storm sewer and street construction of Rivers Bend 4th Addition (Improvement Project ~)5-17) in the amount of $114,767.80. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of October, 1995. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
