Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g95-10-246 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY THAT WERE LEGALLY DESCRIBED INCORRECTLY IN A ADOPTED ORDINANCE (ORDINANCE #95-09). PROPERTIES PREVIOUSLY WHEREAS, on May 9, 1995, the Ramsey City Council adopted Ordinance g95-09 which authorized the sale of all of the lots and blocks in the plat proposed to be known as "Ramsey Business Park 95"; and WHEREAS, the proposed plat became officially approved and recorded as BUSINESS PARK 95 ADDITION; and WHEREAS, the proposed Ramsey Business Park 95 plat and the actual plat of BUSINESS PARK 95 ADDITION comprised the same real property; and WHEREAS, by its May 9, 1995 motion ,and the adoption of said Ordinance #95-09, it was the intention of the City Council to authorize the sale of all of the lots and blocks in BUSINESS PARK 95 ADDITION. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City hereby adopts Ordinance g95-18 which is an ordinance again authorizing the sale of the following described City property to wit: Lot 1, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 ADDITION Lot 2, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 ADDITION Lot 3, Block 1, BUSINESS PARK 95 ADDITION 2) That the City Administrator and Mayor are authorized to execute the appropriate deeds and other legal documents necessary to effectuate the sale and conveyance of all the lots and blocks in the BUSINESS PARK 95 ADDITION. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Couneilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None Resolution #95-10-246 Page 1 of 2
