Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g95-11-257 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BONINE EXCAVATING FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-18 (EXTENSION AND CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN TO RIVER/47 PLAZA ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on July 11, 1995 by Resolution g95-07-145; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution g05-09-210 awarding the bid to Bonine Excavating for the extension and construction of sanitary sewer and watermain to River/47 Plaza Addition (Improvement Project #95-18; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Bonine Excavating in the amount off $95,991.88. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bonine Excavating for the extension and construction of sanitary sewer and watermain to River/47 Plaza Addition (Improvement Project g95-18) in the amount of $95,991.88. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the 'Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolution approving payment of bills for the month of November, 1995. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.'
