9. That the City has granted similar permits in the past. <br /> <br />10. That the proposed temporary structure will not increase traffic to or from the subject <br /> property. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed temporary structure will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to <br /> persons residing or working in the area. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed temporary structure will not impair the use of surrounding properties. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed temporary structure will be maintained so as to be appropriate in <br /> appearance with the character of the general area. <br /> <br /> 14. That the proposed temporary structure will not be hazardous or disturbing to neighboring <br /> uses. <br /> <br />15.
