Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g96-02-034 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS RELATIVE TO SAP <br />199-104-03-001 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has planned the improvement of MSAS 104, Sunwood Drive NW <br />from a point 500 feet west of CSAH #5 to C.R. #57; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the <br />improvements of this street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both <br />sides of the street through all sections of the street, and approval of the proposed construction as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey shall ban the parking of motor vehicles along both sides of MSAS <br />104 for a distance of 1000 feet east of C.R. #57 at all time. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th day of February, 1996. <br /> <br /> ~Mayor- ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
