Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPRAISAL <br />AVENUE, VARIOLITE TO ARMSTRONG) <br /> <br />g96-03-051 <br /> <br />FOR SAP 199-101-09 (153RD/155TH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has commenced the above public improvement project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as a part of said project the City has authorized appraisals of the parcels of <br />land which are necessary for the City to acquire in order to complete the improvement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parcel appraisals have now been completed, which appraisais amounts <br /> <br />and the respective parcels are identified as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel Owner Auuraised Amount <br />2 Jeff Schroedor $ 100~ <br />3 Thomas Avel $ 3,700 <br />4 Donald Volkmen $ 19,081 <br />5 & 6 D.A. Smith $ 52,370 <br />7 Reginald Vosseur $ 42,8752 <br />8 Henry Hansen $ 1003 <br /> TOTAL $ 129,943 <br /> <br />No appraisal, less than 500 square feet proposed for acquisition <br /> <br />Roadway value of property $19,735; Park value of property $23,140 <br /> <br />No appraisal, less than 2,600 square feet of property proposed <br />construction easement <br /> <br />for temporary <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City approves the above appraised amounts as indicated for the reSpective listed <br />parcels. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That City Staff is authorized to offer said amounts to the parcel owners for purchase of <br />their respective parcels. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the above appraised values will be used as the basis for negotiating with the <br />parcel owners and offering said appraised amounts to the parcel owners for the purchase of their <br />respective parcels. <br /> <br /> <br />
