Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g96-03-059 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BURY & CARLSON <br />2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as the City, desires to acquire <br />property currently a part of the Gateway North Industrial Park and the Bury & Carlson Additions, <br />for furore right-of-way and other public purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this subdivision and recommended <br />approval on March 4, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no additional commercial lots are being mated as a result of the re- <br />subdivision of the property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey does hereby grant final plat approval to the Bury & Carlson 2nd <br />Addition <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed an{adopted by.~..~e Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 26th day of March, 1996. ~..~_.~~~~_?_.._~___~~)'-. _. <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />i'3(drhinistrator - <br /> <br /> <br />
