Board Member Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />A <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION g06-04.066 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, William Schrader (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance to construct <br />an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property <br />generally known as 16750 Wolverine Circle N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 7, Block 4, Hunters Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on April 2, 1996, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact g0396, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than ninety-five (90) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal prOperty and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br />That the Permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />6. That the exhibit submitted by the Permittee shall suffice for a certificate of survey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Terry and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Benjamin Deener <br />Board Member David Bawden <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br />Board Member Bradley Thomd <br />Board Member Sharon Jensen <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
