Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-04-069 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #96-16 CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM AND STREETS TO FOX KNOLL 2ND ADDITION) PLANS (THE SEWER WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the Construction of Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer and Streets to Fox Knoll 2nd Addition (Project g96-16); and WHEREAS, the petition received by the City contained 100 percent of the benefitted property owners; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held on April 9, 1996, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given such opportunity. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the adopted Council resolution. 2) That Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare or have prepared the plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adoptedr~he Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of April, 1996.
