Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-04-073 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF FERRUM ADDITION WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for development purposes; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of the West 66 feet of the East 946 feet of the North 662.68 feet of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 30 lying Southerly of the Plat of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, together with the part of said North 662.68 feet lying West of the said East 946 feet, lying East of the East line of Lot 2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 30, and lying southerly of the Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2 to the west line of said East 946 feet (all distances measured along north and east lines of said Lot 1) except that part platted as Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 1 Lot 9 and that part of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 30 lying southwesterly of the following described Line A, Commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot 1, 1,295 feet south of the Northeast corner thereof, said point being the point of beginning of Line A, thence North 67 degrees 47 minutes west to the East line of Lot 2, of said Auditor's Subdivision and them terminating; together with that part of said Lot 1 lying west of the East 880 feet thereof and lying south of the North 662.28 feet of said LOt 1 (as measured along the north and east lines thereof). Except that part platted as Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 1 Lot 10, Auditor's Subdividion No. 30. WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on April 2, 1996 and approved the sketch plan of Ferrum and directed City Staff to proceed to the final plat stage; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ferrum Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None
