Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-04-084 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #96-05 AND CRACK FILL OAK RUN ADDITION) OF PLANS (SEALCOAT WHEREAS, City Council adopted Resolution g96-01-016 on January 23, 1996, f'ming a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack f'flling Oak Run Addition (Project g96-05); and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held on February 13, 1996 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on January 23, 1996. 2) City Engineer Steven Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of April, 1996. ~_~Q~'~ ~~~_ Mayor ATTEST:/3 ~ ~ Administrator
