Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION /t96-04-096 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95 <br />2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for <br />development purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot B, BUSINESS PARK 95 ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Lots 3 and 4, PARK 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />The west 41 rods of the east 51 rods of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the northline of the Burlington <br />Northern Railroad. <br /> <br />That part of Lot 30, AUDITORS SUBDIVISION No. 96, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />lying westerly of the southerly extension of the west line of the east 10 rods of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, said Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey planning Commission conducted a public hearing on April 2, <br />1996, and recommended preliminary plat approval of Business Park 95 2nd Addition and directed <br />City Staff to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on April 11, 1996, and <br />recommended that park dedication be collected as site plan development permits are entered into for <br />each of the individual lots, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat on April 9, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Business Park 95 2nd <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br /> <br />
