o <br /> <br />The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />construction. In order to preserve the flexibility for resubdivision options at some point in <br />the future, the residential structure and any accessory buildings constructed on the Subject <br />Property shall be located in such a way as to comply with Item #4 above and applicable <br />setback requirements as if the subject property were a comer lot at the intersection of 157th <br />Lane N.W. and Potassium Street N.W. <br /> <br />The property owner agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka <br />County Recorder and agrees that the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall run with <br />the land and shall bind the property owner and his/her successor and assigns. <br /> <br />The property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />LaDue and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Benjamin Deemer <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br />Board Member Sharon Jensen <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br />Board Member Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Board Member David Bawden <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />7th day May, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
