Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-05-130 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BONINE EXCAVATING <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-17 (SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, <br />STORM SEWER AND STREET CONSTRUCTION FOR THE RIVERS BEND 4TH <br />ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #95-06-128 <br />approving this project on June 27, 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid <br />to Bonine Excavating for the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street construction of <br />Rivers Bend 4th Addition (Improvement Project g95-17); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected and recommends partial <br />payment to Bonine Excavating in the amount of $9,523.96. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bonine Excavating for the sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street construction of Rivers Bend 4th Addition <br />(Improvement Project #95-17) in the amount of $9,523.96. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br /> Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills <br />for the month of May, 1996. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
