Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-06-142 RESOLUTION TO CHANGE STREET NAMES IN THE PLAT OF BRANDSETH WHEREAS, on March 26, 1996, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to Brandseth, hereinafter referred to as "the Plat"; and WHEREAS, one of the street names in the Plat was designated as 152nd Avenue N.W.; and WHEREAS, subsequent to delivering the Plat to Anoka County for recording it was noted that 152nd Avenue N.W. was a duplication of a street name assigned to a City street south of the Plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That the office of the Anoka County Surveyor is hereby authorized to correct the Plat of Brandseth to designate the street entrance to the Plat from the west property line as far as Germanium Street N.W. as 152nd Lane N.W. 2) That the office of the Anoka County Surveyor is hereby authorized to correct the Plat of Brandseth to designate 152nd Avenue N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W., east of Germanium Street N.W., as Germanium Circle N.W. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beahen upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Be'ahen Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Zimmerman whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of June 1996. ___~, ~ ~_~~//.~~~, __ , Mayor ATTEST:
