Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION //96-06-144 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO RABBIT RUN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jon Rambosek, S.L. Dream Homes, hereafter referred to as "Developer", <br />has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City <br />of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, <br /> Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as "Subject Property". <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on April 2, 1996, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the <br />sketch plan for Rabbit Run; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 11, 1996, the Park and Recreation Commission met and <br />determined that park dedication shall consist of a cash contribution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 7, 1996, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 28, 1996, the City Council granted preliminary plat approval to the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Rabbit Run in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />2) That the Developer shall enter into a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Hardin <br /> Councilmember Peterson <br /> Councilmember Beahen <br /> Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br /> <br />
