Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-06-145 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WOOD POND HILLS <br />5TH ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David Segal, President of WPH Properties, Inc., hereafter referred to as <br />"Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot C, Wood Pond Hills 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on March 6, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved the sketch plan for Wood Pond Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 5, 1991 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />conducted a public hearing regarding Wood Pond Hills and recommended preliminary plat <br />approval of same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 14, 1991 <br />and recommended acceptance of land for the trail corridor and cash to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements for the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on December 17, 1991 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Wood Pond Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on March 24, 1992, and approved the final <br />plat of Wood Pond Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on September 8, 1992 and approved the final <br />plat of Wood Pond Hills 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on August 24, 1993, and approved the final <br />plat of Wood Pond Hills 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on June 28, 1994, and approved the final plat <br />of Wood Pond Hills 4th Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Wood Pond Hills 5th Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br /> <br />
