Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-07-163 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRATING REVISED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF REGENCY <br />POND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly <br />applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the following described tract: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 27 described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner thereof; thence North on the West line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for a distance of 418.00 feet; thence <br />East parallel with the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />a distance of 209.00 feet; thence South and parallel to said West line to the said <br />South line thereof; thence West on said South line to the point of commencement. <br />Except parcel No. 8, Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />All that part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township <br />32, range 25 lying Northerly of the Northerly Right-of-way of Anoka County <br />Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 8. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on December 11, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Good Value Homes, Inc. for Regency Pond (formally known as Pondview); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on December 14, 1995, and <br />recommended trail development and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 10, 1996, <br />and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on February 13, 1996, and sent the preliminary plat <br />for Regency Pond back to the Planning Commission for an additional public hearing with <br />modifications to street alignments; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a second public hearing on March 4, <br />1996, and recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on March 12, 1996, and granted preliminary plat <br />approval to Regency Pond. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants revised final plat approval to Regency Pond in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon the Developer entering into a <br />Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
