Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-07-164 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT RIDGE <br />3RD ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has <br />properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot C, Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on June 28, 1994, the City received application and preliminary plat <br />from Good Value Homes, Inc. for Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on August 2, 1994, <br />and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on August 11, 1994, and <br />determined that the park dedication shall be satisfied with a cash payment which may be credited by <br />the construction of transportation trails outside the boundaries of the plat at a rate to be determined <br />by the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on August 22, 1994, and approved the preliminary <br />plat for Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on August 22, 1995, and adopted Resolution g95-08- <br />174 granting a six-month extension to the preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 11, 1995, the City received the proposed final plat for <br />Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition from Good Value Homes, Inc., and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 9, 1996 the City Council granted final plat approval to Chestnut <br />Ridge 2nd Addition, the first 29 lots of a total of 73 approved under the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 12, 1996, the City Council granted approval to a revision to the <br />preliminary plat approved on August 11, 1994 to design streets north of Sunwood Drive as <br />through streets rather than cul-de-sacs; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has requested final plat approval of Chestnut Ridge 3rd <br />Addition, the final 44 lots approved under the revised preliminary plat of August 11, 1994. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Chestnut Ridge 3rd <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br /> <br />
