Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION //96-08-187 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF AEC ENERGY PARK <br />2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AEC), hereafter referred to as <br />"Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in <br />the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 3, A.E.C. Energy Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City received a sketch plan from the Developer for A.E.C. <br />Energy Park 2nd Addition to replat the Subject Property into one lot and one outlot; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 6, 1996, and approved the sketch <br />plan of A.E.C. Energy Park 2nd Addition and directed the developer to proceed to the final plat <br />stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Park dedication requirements were fulfilled with the platting of A.E.C. <br />Energy Park. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to A.E.C. Energy Park 2nd <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th day of August, 1996. <br /> <br /> %--. <br />-Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
