Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVER'S BEND 5TH <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, R.F. Development hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied <br />for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot C, River's Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />"Subject Property" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 6, 1991, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch <br />plan for River's Bend 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 10, 1980 the City of Ramsey and Ramsey Center Partnership <br />entered into an agreement wherein any park dedication due on the subject property was waived; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 2, 1993, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding River's Bend 3rd Addition and recommended preliminary plat approval of same; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on February 23, 1993, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for River's Bend 3rd Addition, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 25, 1993, and approved the final plat <br />of River's Bend 3rd Addition, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 19, 1996, the Developer applied to the City for a minor subdivision <br />to replat the Subject Property into one lot and one outlot; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 6, 1996, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch <br />plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of River's Bend 5th Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br /> <br />
