Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-08-190 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TRANBY TERRACE <br />2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David Tranby, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for <br />plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the plat of TRANBY <br />TERRACE: Southerly of the south line of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, and northeasterly of the northeasterly <br />line of ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO. 33 <br />Together with: <br />The East 100 feet of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on May 23, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />David Tranby; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on July 9, 1996 and <br />approved the sketch plan of Tranby Terrace 2nd Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to <br />the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on July 11, 1996 and <br />recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approved on July 26, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to TRANBY TERRACE <br />2ND ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the <br />City. <br /> <br />b. A deviation from the 10 acre minimum lot size for Lot 3, Block 1. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br /> <br />
