Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-08-196 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND <br />AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED <br />DURING THE PERIOD OF AUGUST 3, 1996 THROUGH AUGUST 16, 1996 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of August 3, 1996, through August 16, <br />1996 in the amount of $224,595.99; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List for <br />the period August 3, 1996 through August 16, 1996 in the amount of $224,595.99. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer upon vote being taken ther~n, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27th day of August, 1996. <br /> <br /> "~Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
