Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-08-203 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF HUNT ADDITION .WHEREAS, Florence Hunt, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on July 23, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan from Florence Hunt; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on August 6, 1996 and approved the sketch plan of Hunt Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on August 8, 1996 and recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements for Lot 1; and WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approved on August 16, 1996. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to HUNT ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: a. Contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. b. A deviation from the 10 acre minimum lot size for Lot 2 and 3, Block 1. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Beahen and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Peterson
