Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 96-08-205 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT g0407 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO HAVE AN OVERSIZED METAL ACCESSORY WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 96-08-204 adopting Findings of Fact//0407 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On August 27, 1996, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Brian Wetterlind ("Permit Holder") to have an oversized metal accessory building on the property generally known as 16171 Llama Street N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Oleo Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property:") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 1,350 square foot accessory structure with a metal exterior facing finish that is color compatible with the principal structure on the Subject Property. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory structure. That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. That the Permit Holder shall be responsible for ail City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. 5. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. o That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request.
