Board Member Thomd introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />A <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION g96-09-213 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br />A VARIANCE AND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David Clampitt (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance to construct <br />an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property <br />generally known as 16051 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 237 feet, as measured along the east and west lines, of the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, except the west 220.75 feet <br />thereof, also except the east 278 feet thereof, as measured along the north and south lines <br />of said Quarter Quarter, subject to easements of record; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September 3, 1996, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact g0409, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than four hundred fifty (450) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br />That the Permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Holland and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Bejamin Deemer <br />Board Member Bradley Thomd <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br />Board Member David Bawden <br />Board Member Sharon Jensen <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
