Board Member Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION /196-09-215 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Stephen Schmidt (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance to construct <br />an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property <br />generally known as 8360 176th Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 11, Block 1, Wildwood Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September 3, 1996, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY .THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0410, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than eighty (80) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br />That the Permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administehng and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Holland and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Benjamin Deemer <br />Board Member David Bawden "' <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br />Board Member Sharon Jensen <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br />Board Member Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
