Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION //96-10-311 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF HARMONY FARM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Gerald Bauer, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for <br />plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, <br /> Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on September 20, 1996, the city received application and sketch plan <br />from Gerald Bauer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on October 1, 1996, and approved <br />the sketch plan of Harmony Farm and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 10, 1996, <br />and recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approval on October 15, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Harmony Farm in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the <br /> City. <br /> <br /> b. A deviation from the 2.5 acre minimum lot size and the 200' minimum lot width <br /> requirements for Lot 1, Block 1. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br /> Mayor Hardin <br /> Councilmember Peterson <br /> Councilmember Beyer <br /> Councilmember Beahen <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
