Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION //96-10-311 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF HARMONY FARM WHEREAS, Gerald Bauer, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on September 20, 1996, the city received application and sketch plan from Gerald Bauer; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on October 1, 1996, and approved the sketch plan of Harmony Farm and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 10, 1996, and recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approval on October 15, 1996. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Harmony Farm in accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: a. Contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. b. A deviation from the 2.5 acre minimum lot size and the 200' minimum lot width requirements for Lot 1, Block 1. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' Mayor Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
