Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-11-326 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRUNK HIGHWAY #47 PRELIMINARY LAYOUT <br />FOR 1999 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a <br />preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway #110 renumbered as Trunk <br />Highway g47 within the corporate limits of the City of Ramsey, from the north corporate limits to <br />Nowthen Boulevard and seeks the approval thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on f'fle in the Office of the Department of <br />Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No. 1, <br />S.P. 0206-43 (47=110), vicinity of Nowthen Boulevard to Ford Brook Bridge, South Border of <br />Burns Township. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said Trunk Highway with the <br />corporate limits be and hereby are approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 12th day of November 1996. ~ ~x,~~x.,. <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
