Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-11-331 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF MULLER ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert Muller, hereafter referred to as "Developer," has properly applied for <br />plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition, which lies East of a line drawn from a point <br />in the South line of said Lot 3, distant 71.13 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Lot 3 <br />to a point in the North line of said Lot 3, distant 57.30 feet West of the Northeast comer of <br />said Lot 3, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />also <br /> <br />That part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition described as beginning at a point in the <br />South line of said Lot 3 distant 71.13 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Lot 3; <br />thence North to a point in the North line of said Lot 3, distant 57.30 feet West of the <br />Northeast comer of said Lot 3, thence West along the North line of said Lot 3 a distance of <br />164.38 feet; thence South to a point in the South line of said Lot 3 a distance of 164.38 feet <br />West of the point of beginning; thence East to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />also <br /> <br />The West 187.76 feet of that part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, which lies East of a line drawn from a point in the South line of said Lot 3, <br />distant 423.27 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Lot 3 to a point in the North line of <br />said Lot 3, distant 409.44 feet West of the Northeast comer of said Lot 3. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 7, Klemish Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the South 40.00 feet <br />of the West 111.97 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on November 8, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Robert Muller; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on November 19, 1996, and <br />approved the sketch plan of Muller Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat <br />stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 14, 1996, <br />and determined that there are no park dedication requirements due on the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer agreed to provide the City with an easement for trail purposes <br />along the east boundary of the plat to facilitate a necessary link in the transportation trail system; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approval on November 21, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
