Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #96-12-341 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY <br />COMMERCIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, Charles and Barbara Christian, hereafter referred to as "Developers," have <br />properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lots I and 2, Ramsey Commercial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on November 18, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Charles Christian; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on December 3, 1996, and approved <br />the sketch plan of Ramsey Commercial Park Second Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 12, 1996, <br />and determined that cash would satisfy park dedication requirements due on the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer agreed to provide the City with outlots for future road along <br />the north boundary of the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approval on December 4, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Commercial Park <br /> Second Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: <br /> <br /> a) Contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> b) Providing the City with fee title to outlots A, B and C. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br /> Mayor Hardin <br /> Councilmember Peterson <br /> Councilmember Beahen <br /> Councilmember Beyer <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
