Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g96-12-348 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1997 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1997 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: GENERAL FUND Revenues: Property Taxes Licenses and Permits Intergovernmental Revenues Charges for Services Fines and Forfeitures Other Revenues- Interest Earnings Miscellaneous Other Financing Sources Total Revenues $ 2,047,813 190,045 1,057,113 137,706 52,500 65,000 4,125 215,563 $ 3,769,865 Operating and Capital Expenditures: General Government Public Safety Public Works Parks and Recreation Contingency Other Financing Uses Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 1,085,885 1,296,170 589,807 317,159 153,232 327,612 $ 3,769,865 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Monday, December 30, 1996, for the purpose of complying with Troth-In-Taxation. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beahen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None
