Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g96-12-350 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1997 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1997 <br />is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Authority Fund as follows: <br /> <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND <br /> Revenues: <br /> Interest Earnings <br /> Other Financing Sources <br /> Total Revenues <br /> <br />$ 15,000 <br /> 116.955 <br />$131,955 <br /> <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br /> Personal Services $ <br /> Supplies <br /> Services and Charges <br /> Other Financing Uses- <br /> Transfer to Equipment Replacement Fund <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ <br /> <br />42,848 <br /> 2,600 <br />51,410 <br /> <br />1,600 <br />98,458 <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />10th day of December, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
