8) 9) 11) 12) 14) 15) 18) That the Applicant has stated that the traffic generated at the facility is minimal because there is an operator on duty when the system is in operation (approximately 20 days a year) and seldom are there employees on site when the system is not in operation. That the Applicant has properly applied to the State Fire Marshal for the tank installation. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. That the proposed use will not adversely impair the use, enjoyment or market value of any surrounding property. That the proposed use will be designed, constructed, operated and maintained so as to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity and such use will not change the essential character of that area. That the proposed use will not be disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. That the proposed use will be served adequately by essential public facilities and services. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services. That the proposed use will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to any persons, property or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of fumes or odors. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Thomas Gamec Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen Councilmember Sheila Beyer Councilmember Carolyn Beahen Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None
