8) <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />11) <br /> <br />12) <br /> <br />14) <br /> <br />15) <br /> <br />18) <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the traffic generated at the facility is minimal <br />because there is an operator on duty when the system is in operation (approximately <br />20 days a year) and seldom are there employees on site when the system is not in <br />operation. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has properly applied to the State Fire Marshal for the tank <br />installation. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not adversely impair the use, enjoyment or market value <br />of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be designed, constructed, operated and maintained so as <br />to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended <br />character of the general vicinity and such use will not change the essential character <br />of that area. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be served adequately by essential public facilities and <br />services. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public <br />cost for public facilities and services. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and <br />equipment and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to any persons, <br />property or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of fumes or <br />odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
