Board Member Holland introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-05-087 RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0424 RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE WHEREAS, Wayne Skochenski, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied for a variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory garage nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 9450 176th Avenue NW and legally described as follows: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 06, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the East Line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 06, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota, said point being 328.75 feet south of the northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter; thence south 87 degrees 30 minutes 57 seconds west on a line parallel to the South Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 06 a distance of 439.33 feet; thence southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 123.49 feet a distance of 141.98 feet; thence south 21 degrees 38 minutes 34 seconds west a distance of 457.65 feet; thence southwesterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 123.11 feet a distance of 141.12 feet; thence south 87 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds on a line parallel to the South Line of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 06 a distance of 623.10 feet; thence westerly on a curve to the right having a radius of 2443.30 feet and a central angle of 5 degrees 41 minutes 54 seconds a distance of 242.89 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence continuing westerly on said curve having a radius of 2443.30 feet and a central angle of 4 degrees 48 minutes 25 seconds a distance of 204.99 feet; thence southerly and parallel to the East Line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 06 and to the South Line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence easterly on said South Line to a point on a line drawn southerly from the point of beginning and parallel to the East Line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 06 to the point of beginning (subject to an easement for road purposes over the northerly 33 feet thereof).
