Board Member LaDue introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> 288153 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-05-088 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE <br />PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Wayne Skochenski (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from <br />Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure nearer the front <br />property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 9450 176th Avenue <br />NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 06, Township 32, <br /> Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the East Line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 06, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota, said point <br />being 328.75 feet south of the northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter of Southwest <br />Quarter; thence south 87 degrees 30 minutes 57 seconds west on a line parallel to the <br />South Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 06 a <br />distance of 439.33 feet; thence southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of <br />123.49 feet a distance of 141.98 feet; thence south 21 degrees 38 minutes 34 seconds <br />west a distance of 457.65 feet; thence southwesterly on a curve to the right having a <br />radius of 123.11 feet a distance of 141.12 feet; thence south 87 degrees 19 minutes 20 <br />seconds on a line parallel to the South Line of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of <br />said Section 06 a distance of 623.10 feet; thence westerly on a curve to the right having a <br />radius of 2443.30 feet and a central angle of 5 degrees 41 minutes 54 seconds a distance <br />of 242.89 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence continuing <br />westerly on said curve having a radius of 2443.30 feet and a central angle of 4 degrees 48 <br />minutes 25 seconds a distance of 204.99 feet; thence southerly and parallel to the East <br />Line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 06 and to the South Line of said Northwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence easterly on said South Line to a point on a line <br />drawn southerly from the point of beginning and parallel to the East Line of the <br />Southwest Quarter of said Section 06 to the point of beginning (subject to an easement <br />for road purposes over the northerly 33 feet thereof). <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on May 6, 1997, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0424, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer <br /> the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
