Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-05-124 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DELETING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #97-14 (SEALCOAT AND <br />CRACK FILL RIVERWOOD HILLS PLAT I) FROM THE 1997 STREET <br />MAINTENANCE PROGRAM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #97-01-032 on January 28, <br />1997, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to sealcoat and <br />crack fill Riverwood Hills Plat I (Project #97-14); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held on February 25, 1997, at which time City Engineer Steve <br />Jankowski advised that due to an oversight of the street inventory records this project was <br />inadvertently included in this year's program when in actuality Riverwood Hills Plat I was <br />sealcoated in 1994. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That such improvement is hereby deleted from the 1997 Street Maintenance Program. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br /> <br /> <br />
